This heat transfer system is widely used in transferring all kinds of pictures onto plates.

The process is:

1. Firstly, use a piezoelectric printer (for example: Epson C65 printer) to print the picture onto the sublimation paper.

2. Secondly, put the paper on the surface of the plate and check the position of the picture.

3. Thirdly, use adhesive sticker to fix the paper and put the plate on the heat transfer machine, and then through pressing and heating, transfer the picture onto the plate and make the color stable.

This heat transfer machine includes a piezoelectric printer (for example: Epson C65 printer), heat transfer ink or a cartridge, a plate heat transfer machine, A4 or A3 inkjet transfer paper, ceramic plates.

1. We have many kinds of plate heat transfer machines, for example, vertical type, horizontal type and five heating mats type for choosing. The price of this system is changeable according to the different types of plate heat transfer machines being chosen.

3. The printer is optional at extra cost. You can buy your printer in your local market. If you want to get it from us, we can also purchase on your behalf.

Operating Processes:

1. Use the colorful inkjet printer (with heat transfer ink) to print the picture on the heat transfer paper (setting mirror image printing style).

2. Put the silicon gel mat on, and pull down the handle after fixing the proper pressure. Then plug in the machine and turn on the switch (the red one) and the indicator light is up.

3. Adjust the temperature to 180º C~190º C, the temperature increasing time is about 1~2º C.

4. Adjust the time to 100sec~200sec.

5. When the temperature reaches the set figure, it will keep automatically.

6. Pull up the pressure handle, and put the plate (with paper on it) on the panel. (The size of the picture should oversize the heating panel, avoiding the ceramic plate being burned or appearing the pressing mark. )

7. When the temperature reaches the setting figure, it will alarm and the heating panel will stop heating. At that time, please turn off the switch. Pull up the handle, and then take down the plate. Put the plate into cool water to prevent the ink spreading and then wipe it dry.

8. Finish.
